ORDERS – Any order placed using this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the specified price (including the delivery, tax and other charges) at the time of the order and under these Terms and Conditions. These may include but will not be limited to the unavailability of any product, and error in your order, or an error in the product description or price posted on the website. You and Ginger Necktar will only enter into a legal contract once confirmation of receipt of your order and payment is forwarded via email from Ginger Necktar.

PRICES – The prices of products, delivery and other charges displayed on the website are current at the time of issue, however Ginger Necktar reserves the right to change prices at any time. All Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

DELIVERY – Please allow 5 working days for delivery, subject to stock availability. We will deliver by our preferred courier, so a signature may be required. Therefore, we recommend a work address.

RETURNS – Products returned must be in original condition and packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days, accompanied by a copy of the Tax Invoice received with your order. Returns must be carefully packed, insured and freight paid, as we cannot freight receive freight collect shipments, nor can we be responsible for loss or damage to returned parcels. We will credit you with your original method of payment.

CAPACITY – Use of this website is restricted to those aged over 18 and those able to enter into a legally binding contract.

GST – The prices displayed on this website include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). The Ginger Necktar website has been intended for use by Australian residents only.
